I forgot to add, you are so right. My Garden Bible is so thick that it’s hard to close just as you’ve said. It fans out on my desk lol. I’m considering starting a new one myself. Again, thanks for sharing.
WholeheartedlyfortheLord I really like that compact bible size and kind of would like to just use one for everyday reading. I’m not sure if I could refrain from decorating / journaling in it though! Thanks for watching and commenting. 😊
I bought my Lent journaling cards at Faith Heirlooms as a printable, but mostly I’ve just cut up card stock or used the front of used notecards or greeting cards. 😊
Very true , but this is a name that others have used to reflect the idea that the Bible grows in size as we add our decorative embellishments, which are added as we gain insight from scripture. It’s really a form of artistic worship. Im glad you’ve started your own! 😊🧡
Can this be done in a regular large hardcover Bible? I’m Catholic and just invested in a little Rock Catholic study Bible so I can have all the books and a better understanding of the Bible and would like to just have one catch all Bible for Now.
You can do this kind of thing in any bible, really. I have larger bibles I’ve used too. The main thing is to read and learn and yet have fun with your own way of adding some creative expression. I’m sure God will bless you for looking deeper into His word, ☺️
So beautiful!!

I started my Garden Bible two years ago after watching Cat Woods.
It’s kind of contagious to watch people and their growing bibles! 😀What kind of bible did you get?

The Bible is real it doesn’t have to grow, we do when we read it, however this is a great Idea. I started mine.
