📌 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
: The number of calories burned during a 10 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 150 calories in 10 minutes.
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( HEALTHY EATING DOESN'T MEAN GOING HUNGRY)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

I started to follow Shirlyn‘s videos around three weeks ago. I work out every Monday to Friday for 75 Minutes each day. It was hard in the beginning, but now I‘m not struggling that much anymore. I made significantly progress and lost already weight. Thank you so much. I‘ll keep up with it for sure 💙

So a quick update.
I got a scale today, finally. It took me so long because I was terrified of that number.
My doctor told me end of November that I was slightly overweight. Not sure how much I truly weighed but I assume it was between 75-80 kg (165- 176 lbs) to 170cm (5‘7). I reduced to 30 to 45 Minutes per day of cardio because it took too much time out of my day and eat around 1200 calories of a high protein, low carb diet.
I weighed 64 kg (141 lbs) today!!! 🥳🎉
Back in April I was 68.5 kg (151 lbs) as I visited the doctor once more.
I‘ve 4 kg (8.8 lbs) more to go!
You all can do it. I believe in all of us!

she's the best. Always loved her workouts as a great way to keep the same weight but rebuild your body fast and effective. They are easy after like a week of doing them every morning but still effective. Love you, bless you really.

You can lose 50-150 calories in 10 minutes I do this 3 times a day or 2.
