Om Namah Shivaya
Love you and respect you for many years since I found your book in Rhishikesh in 2001
Thank you very much :)
How's that possible? The time when Rishi Bharadwaj( hope I'm getting it right ) wrote the classical texts of Ayurveda, there were no cities or towns!
Namaste, humble request if can guide us on what can one do to increase his will power and use it to stop or remove his bad practices like smoking etc..and what are the basic Niyamas one has to start with? If one is following sankya, njana or karma can he eventually reach the truth or ultimate reality even without being stern in yama or niyama?
Dr. I want to know if Ayurveda recommends only eating between 10-2 pm when the jataragni at its highest.. I try to do this..please throw some light on it..🙏
According to Ayurveda, its good to eat 2 meals a day. Lunch from 10: 30 am to 12:00 pm and eat dinner before sunset or 30 mins to 1 hr after sunset.

@@AmarnathGiduthuri Very wrong advise, 3 hours before sunrise is the Vata time and its for Dhyna and Sadhna. Its not for eating. Eating is best done in the Pitta time, ie 10 am to 2 pm.
Kaya kalpa, 7 weeks dark retreat. And eathing what?
There are darkroom retreats nowadays which may come close to what you spoke of
Thanks sir
