I am scorpion ascendant, having Jup (Ret) in 7th house and Moon (conjucted with venus and ketu) in 10th house. Hope this JUPITER over JUPITER transit is helpful for my career.
Thanks for this explanation and for taking the Scorpio example. My moon is in Taurus, so the Jupiter Transit is in 1st house, same as moon, and 7th from Scorpio ascendant: so positive from both aspects?

What if Jupiter is transiting 7th from ascendant & 7th from moon as well!! In case of Scorpio ascendant with moon in Taurus?

In judging a transit's effects, would you also judge from both D1 and D9?
First D1 ... transits in D9 can be used for getting exact timing of an event... especially with Moon since it changes D9 sign almost every 6 hrs... it is one of a very good significator for closing down time within hours of a day...
U cannot generalise anything in astrology not transits nor dashas
Generalization to Specialization ... it is a scale in which transit effects works.. I talked about it in many of the Rashi effects in this video ... there is a general trend and depending on individual horoscope the intensity of effects varies...
