  • I was born and spent all of my life in India. Actually, it is right to say I lived in Pune. My parents are the pillars of my world. Their values, traditions, and the warmth of our home shaped my identity in profound ways. From the aroma of spices in the kitchen to the vibrant festivals celebrated with family and friends, India was not just a place; it was woven into the fabric of who I am.
But as life often does, it has presented me with opportunities that require me to step out of my comfort zone. The decision to migrate to Canada wasn't an easy one. Leaving behind the familiarity of home, the comfort of my family, and the security of everything I've ever known is daunting, to say the least.
In this vlog, I'll share with you the mix of emotions I am experiencing - the excitement of starting a new chapter, the apprehension of the unknown, and the bittersweet feeling of leaving my parents behind.
Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of adapting to a new country, I believe I will find solace in the memories of my parents and the values they instilled in me. Their unwavering support, even from thousands of miles away, serving as a guiding light as I navigate this new chapter of my life.
Join me as I reflect on the complexities of migration, the beauty of cultural exchange, and the unbreakable bond between a child and their parents, no matter the distance. So grab a cup of chai, settle in, and let's embark on this journey together!
