The lunch has to be somewhere, so one of the “its in the _____ or the ____” notes has to be right (because all 4 locations were mentioned between the two notes). Which means both other notes have to be false. And if “Your lunch ISNT here” is a lie, than it has to be in the microwave.

I get I'm far beyond late, but for the lunch riddle at 20:00 the reason why it is the microwave is because (remember only 1 note can be true):
- If the note on the fridge was true, that would mean that the "not in the microwave" note was also true.
- If the note on the microwave was true, then the notes on the washer and the fridge would both be wrong, cancelling each other out.
- if the "not in the oven" note was true, then that means the note on the microwave would also have to be true.
So if the note on the washer is true, then the note on the microwave would be false, meaning that the lunch is in the microwave.
