I'm not sure how much he can get away with and how quickly, but dumping state workers into the private economy while freeing up that private economy is a good thing.

Only someone who was profoundly ignorant concerning economics would question the "far right" label for Milei. Read a book.
Because he advocates for dismantling government, by definition that puts him on the far right of the ideological spectrum. But, without an actual coup he still has to work within the framework of the Argentinian government so time will tell how much he can actually get done. Donald Trump found this out the hard way too. He thought the president was essentially the all-powerful dictator of the United States and could just snap their fingers to make things happen. Not so, which is why he actually accomplished very little.

From an ideological aspect, he is talking about literally dismantling large parts of government. That is, by definition, far right. Far left would be a government that is all-powerful and huge, which is not what we have in the US (though some think we do).

Today they passed the treaty that could erase veto for countries, erase senate chairs for 12 countries, create a one super-country with centralized military and forced EURO (tragic for countries like my Poland, and the whole eastern block) economy/culture/geopolitics/environment/immigration cases would be decided by Brussels (in fact Berlin and Paris). This is attack on sovereignty. They’ve already passed the new taxes on petrol cars, want to make it illegal to have non-electric car by 2030. They want to force photovoltaic panels for every house by 2035. They want to erase woman/man and replace it with the concept of gender and so on (there’s a lot).
So yes, considering current state of Europe and its future I’d gladly welcome someone like him

I'm watching the big news channels on YT, all of them portray him as if they're part of those who are still in charge of our government and have spent millions and millions of OUR money to run a campaing to terrorize us if we don't continue to keep them in power. Here is where we see what the majority of the world citizens think, and not what the media wants to sell, unmasking them. I don't agree on everything with Milei, but I voted for him convinced because we've already suffered too much during more than 30 years in wich they governed, and they've generated such degradation (I'm not going to list the many other things they did because you know them well), so I'm also very grateful for so much support. It won't be easy at all, the black hole in wich they leave us is inmense, Milei has no support in the Chambers and, even wors, it's everything already being organized to prevent him from taking one step in his presidential role... You know what our streets are and the massive violence that arises against those who aren't willing to continue with the integral misery of populism. We need the Law from our National Constitution to be the first thing to be impose (and be prepared, because that mass in the streets will try to call it repression or dicatorship).
