Had a 4th Spring Home World been included in Spyro 2, there probably would have been around 24 Talismans and 80 Orbs to collect, which will also have made the game even better and more rewarding to complete, it’s still my favourite Spyro adventure of them all though 😊
I respectfully disagree. I know there are 16 levels paired up with another 1. The only two that aren't are Glimer and Hurricos. I imagine those two were late additions after the spring homeworld was cut.
I was legit scared of the music and sound agent Zero makes when he catches you as a child. I was so unnerved that I only got it as a kid when I turned the sound off. My number one has to the superfly/flame duo power up. Seeing that for the first time in the game was exciting and foreshadows your fight with Ripto
I agree. After spending much of the game just guiding, having both of those power-ups felt like a fantastic reward. Plus I love when rewards in other maps build up the secrets you will require to finish the game. From the new moves to item spitting (which starts off as a little extra, but becomes a major part later on) and eventually having a late level give us a skill to use on the last boss. Long Glide is my favourite though. However, that's just because the autumn hub is deeply engraved in my mind.
Yeah, I always appreciate when 3D platformers focus on the actual platforming as well as hidden secrets for rewards. That is one thing I really enjoy about Spyro 1. There really weren't any mini-games or vehicle sections in that game, so they just stuck with platforming and exploration. I'm not a huge fan of when 3D platformers focus way too much on things like gratuitous mini-games.
If you were to pick a few dragons from the first Spyro game as your favorites, which would they be, Rebel? For me, some of my favorites are: -Kosoko (whose candlelight design nostalgically reminds me of 40 Winks (great PS1 game) and Lutalo from Haunted Towers -Bruno (Beast Makers) -Cyprin (Terrace Village; the one who lays on his side) -Sadiki (Metalhead) -Nestor (Artisans - terrific design!) -Gavin and Gildas (Stone Hill) -Alban (Dark Hollow) -all four dragons from Town Square (love that Alvar is a chef and that Thor is given more dialogue in Reignited) -Nevin (painter from Toasty) -Useni (Lofty Castle) -Maximos and Conan from Dry Canyon -Todor from Ice Cavern -Cosmos and Zantor from Magic Crafters -Kelvin, Eldrid, and Zander from Alpine Ridge -Cyrus (High Caves) -all 5 dragons from Dark Passage (loved how they gave Azizi and Obasi lots of personality to their designs despite saying “Thank you for releasing me.”) -Lateef and Zikomo from Dream Weavers -Revilo and Unika (Jacques) As for specific dragon groups, I’m tied with Magic Crafters and Dream Weavers as my top choices. Beast Makers are a close second. I don’t know why, but to me, I’ve always liked the calmness of Beast Makers. It’s a lot of dragons to pick from, but Reignited Trilogy sure added a lot to their personalities and designs! Cloud Temples and Breeze Harbor always reminded me of the first Spyro game, due to the music and atmosphere they create. Great Orbs list! Glad that you enjoyed the orb challenges in Winter Tundra, along with Professor’s Pencil in Mystic Marsh! I’m excited for the level rankings and egg rankings from Spyro 3. Good luck, Rebel
Some of my favorite orb challenges: “Long Glide” was an amazing experience in Autumn Plains, especially with finding the hidden entrance and getting to the tower, and hearing the breeze before making the breathtaking glide - what a sensational feeling it gave me! End of the Wall from Autumn Plains Getting the Professor’s pencil in Mystic Marsh Trolley ride in Breeze Harbor was always a thrill - I’m glad you love this challenge too, Rebel! 🤩 Thanks for the video Rebel! Keep it up!
You really made me realize how great some of these discovery. Probaly because I didnt even thought about them as orb challenges, and i didnt thought about every step of them together like you talked about it here. Anyways, this would be my top 10 favourites 1 Trolly in Breeze Harbor 2 Windmil in Hurricos 3 Long glide in Autumm plains 4 Shooting Sheeps in Metropolis 5 Professors Pencil in Mystic Marsh 6 Paragliding in Icy Speedway 7 Thief in Mystic Marsh These 7 are soo amaizing and could be switch around 8 Getting hats back in Magna Cone 9 Puzzle in Idol Springs 10 Breaking the Wall in Fracture hills Least favorite 1 Destroying Eartshapers in Fracture hills 2 Alchemist in Fracture hills 3 Crystal Popcorn in Magna Cone 4 Stone thief in Hurricos (not hard, but the deffenition of boring, long and comepletely pointless) Hate these 4 much more than anything Else in the entire game! 5 Ocean Speedway Challenge 6 Metro Speedway Challenge 7 Hockey in Colossus From here in, not terrible at all 8 Canyond Speedway Challenge 9 George from Crystal Glacier 10 On the wall My lists are based on ps 1 btw

The third game had a super flying and super flame power up. In the fireworks factory.

Spyro is the best and Spyro deserves the best
Been a long while since Spyro has had a new game
Let’s Hope Spyro 4 turns out Good and in terms of Good quality as well my thoughts on what they could title Spyro 4
Spyro 4 Time To Soar
Yes Flying isn’t platforming some Spyro Fans may have they’re disagreements facts and opinions
But Hello Spyro is a Dragon he has Wings he should actually use them
The Developers Of Toys For Bob R
Idealistic and Creative People
They could Create New
Level Up Elements & Upgradeable Qualities
To help make Spyro’s Free Flight Ability more
Enjoyable Thrilling Uprising Magical and Rewarding to use Spyro’s Free Flight Ability
Maybe if they added XP’s in Spyro’s Dragon abilities and games to help and if done well could make Spyro’s games even more Worth While Playing
Don’t know if the Developers plans to but how to convince them remains a mystery
