cuppla notes from this video because im not very vigilant: zurich is not capital lil bro in hindsight, it says campeche on the board in the mexico round, so that could be sufficient for googling due to how long it took to go campeche after that ? the eratic map panning when some people open the map in the replays may just be a visual glitch and not conducive to what the geezers actually doing ? i'd say insufficient on the east nigeria round lock in, idk why my bhutan vibes were going off with all the other information right there if i make another video of this, i will make sure that i actually read the info properly so im not misjudging a round, a lil rusty from not playing as much but typically play way too fast and dont read normally lol.
Hey Leaf, French player that lives in Northern Ireland. On that post we can see "Causeway" which is that part of Northern Ireland (I never heard of that beach in particular, and my wife is from 10 miles away from there :D) So once you see causeway you can zoom there (the giant causeway I want to say is almost world famous). Games of thrones helped a bit. Zurich, gives Zurich vibes straight away, been there once and thought of it instantly too.
I don't understand why you think the beach case is suspicious. It's quite obvious that it is in the UK and also some northern coast. But it can't be in Wales, because then you would have Welsh language in the signs. Norfolk is flat, so it's also out. Maybe Scotland, but I would start searching in Northern Ireland as well. It could be in Ireland (Republic), but probably not. My ranking is ~800 and I'm not from Ireland or the UK. And of course, English is not my first language and I still know a lot about UK.
@@NMS68 in hindsight I did not realise that the replay pauses the moment you tab out, so he didnt actually stay on the sign at all. for that i'd def say he isnt cheating.
@@daviv91 I think switzerland may be my next country to actually grind at, I think a consequence of being lazy is for switzerland, due to its lowcam I neglect other things that arent surface level regional metas like language and lump info like architecture into just "alpine architecture". luckily with liechtenstein i have a reason to lock in now hahaha
I think its not necessary. It discriminates against lower rated players, and higher rated players are less likely to be caught cheating. The investigator would just pass something off as "ah, he probably knows this he is 1500 elo" or something. But a flag icon would be nice.
@@dominikheinz2297 this can be worked around by also showing the account level, if you're a level 20 at 1400 elo zooming in on a sign for an unusual amount of time, or if the map movement and clicking/guessing clearly indicates a script, it still works the same way. I think depending on who has access to this feature aswell, it is quite easy to determine just from how a player guesses, how fast etc, that it's a legit/good guess. maybe seeing the players entire game would also help, so you can get an idea of how they played throughout the game compared to that one round to get a full landscape and picture.

The Nigeria had weird zooming because he was probably playing on mobile
makes sense
I remember when we met on Grindr
those were the days
I have seen a few rounds where it was moving and the cheaters didn’t move…
I think it is quite necessary to know the elo AND where is that person from. If I have an insta 5k in my country it would make a lot of sense right?
