I grew up watching this show. We didn’t have cable. This show influences me to learn to cook and make videos outside too. I can’t wait till I can cook in different cities one day after mandates end.
A few years ago my wife and I flew to Kirkenes and stayed 2 nights in a small hotel rub by a Norwegian with his Russian wife. We did a 4 or 5 hours dog sled ride near the Russian border about an hour out of Kirkenes. The temperature was minue 30 C but it was great. At the end they served a simple lunch inside a reindeer skin hit with a log fire inside. It was very nice. We then got on a Hurtegruten ship and spent 6 days going to Bergen, and we had the Northern lights one night for 5 or 6 hours. Fantastic.
