This video made me look up who played the monster in the Avengers films. Except for the grey, intelligent Hulk, I was absolutely FLOORED when I found out that Mark Ruffalo played both Bruce Banner and the monster he became when he was angry.

Why is it that when people see a good artist the first word they say is 'talented'? Like this guy was born with the ability to do this.. I'm not denying he has natural talent but work like this is invariably produced through dedication to his craft and perseverance. Art is a skill like any other, not just a gift. Good artists can do what they do because they have put the hours in, reducing it to simply 'talent' devalues it to me. Anyway, props for the great work!
I don't think people intend to be insulting by saying someone is talented. Yes it takes a lot of practice and also a lot of knowledge to make something of this caliber. And also a lot of natural talent,otherwise everyone could do it,and the piece would just be ordinary. Instead of extraordinary. Saying all that,the most important attribute a person needs is a lot of patience.
People say "talented" because that is what they are. Without the talent, anyone could do this. All the hard work and dedication in the world would still be wasted on endeavors like this without the innate talent to do it well.
I don't know why you would have a problem with that?

Wow. Amazing skill and talent. The funny thing is that the sculpture looks like a mixture of Thanos and Drax, right at the beginning. But the way it turned into just as a perfect sculpture of Hulk, is just as interesting and pleasantly shocking as it gets on.
