Most couples in cdramas are always fighting and bickering. They are different, after they got married they fought side by side... Though their ending was quite unclear like a cliffhanger, their journey as a couple was the best. This is still the best cdrama for me. Second best couple is in the drama The Song of Youth.
I really admire the role that Li Xin played, yes, she fought side by side with her husband and did her duty as Queen. He, the heir apparent, kept shouldering the nation's responsibilities, etc. (even if it killed him).
"The Song of Youth" depicts how Lady Sun had all the love of Emperor LongChen. "The Song of Glory" shows how the Dowager Sun hung onto her power and position as she aged and secured sons' position in the monarchy through her. Back then, I suppose that is what it takes.
When the heroine took risk of her life to save the country from all threats, but after in peace; because of false accusation, the emperor wanted to execute her. Such unfairness. And overall, bad ending.
It's so much unfair, the story drama is good and nice, but the ending is so unfair, this is a great and inspirable drama, and why Li Qin have a great and nice drama all are ending to death, like The WolF ,and this The Song of Glory, the lead lady character is always ending in death, hopefully next time like this great drama Li Qin have happy and long life ending,
Make up makes you down! Why make yourself look like a painted puppet? Be proud of who you are! I stopped wearing make-up years ago when I realised that it is a direct insult to God!!!!
