Port of Miami Tunnel TBM Break-Through

On July 31, 2012: The 4 story high TBM bulit a tunnel 4,000 ft long in one direction and now will be turned around and sent back through the ground for the second tunnel. When it is all completed there will be 2 lanes each Tunnel.
