  • CHICKEN HAMONADO is a Filipino dish that is usually served during Christmas & New Year's eve. Its main ingredient is pineapple juice & sliced pineapple. Very quick and easy to prepare. Serve it to your loved ones and pair it with a freshly-steamed white rice.
    Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium-sized onion
    1kg Chicken quarter legs (seared)
    1 tsp coarse salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    12oz or 355ml pineapple juice
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    250g sliced pineapple
