So, since I discovered her five years ago and have seen and heard almost everything she has ever done - this performance perhaps a hundred times, I'll just gush a bit and share a tribute to Sohyang that I wrote a while ago. Sohyang possesses nothing that is not the essence of beauty. That gentle, sweet, ageless Lady who transforms from an innocent Princess to a regal Queen before our very eyes, who never looks quite the same as when we saw her last. Sohyang, whose flawless, golden voice sweeps gracefully from the softness of Angelic Falsetto to the soaring heights of Heavenly Soprano, who then literally changes from a glamorous Diva to a shy Girl-next-door at the end of every song, whose girlish speech and easy laughter capture the most cynical of hearts. Sohyang, of the innocent eyes and breathtaking smile, whose pure spirit reaches out and enthralls us until it is pleased to release us back to dull reality. Sohyang, the special gift to those of us who are so blessed as to have found her. Cheers.
