The title BISHOP simply means a spiritual supervisor and overseer. If you are sincerely asking this question with a desire to know and not just to debate then please read all of my responses to DEANGELO BELL and you will receive answers from the Word of God. But ask the HOLY SPIRIT to open up your heart and enlighten the eyes of your understanding that you may comprehend His Word.
@@Yoyohunger4Truth God is sovereign. He chooses both men and women (boys & girls) to preach His word. In Judges 4 Deborah was a Prophetess who judged Israel. In Ephesians 4 Jesus gave gifts ( leaders) to the church...amongst the list of leaders was Prophets/Prophetess and Pastors/Bishops...and Ephesians 4 says He gave SOME to be in those positions not MEN. So if we who are spiritual and can spiritually discern scripture then we can conclude that God calls both male and female to serve Him in those leadership capacities listed in Ephesians 4, even if a woman was not listed in scripture as a Bishop per se, we do know that God still calls them to be...you have to ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom in this area. Scripture has to be spiritually discerned and a man can not give you that type of discernment only the Lord can. So ask Him for yourself.
Ma’am you’re out of order , God has never called women to preach. If so can you prove to me in scriptures? I suggest you read 1st Timothy 3:1 , your not a man so what are you doing behind the pulpit carrying the title bishop ?
