Saw Love on the range at the '86 or '87 Pebble Pro-Am. Longest guy out there, easy. Flying it it all the way to the trees probably 300 yds. Looked like he was swinging in slow motion, then the ball took off and never seemed to come down. You could walk out there back then hang out.

Davis was nos 1 forever driving distance average 80s & 90s... long before all the new equipment @!!!
him and freddy were my favorite golfers in the 80s both have great looking swings
