- Video: Two busy days of spotting at Ruisbroek station situated on Line 96 in Belgium. This station sees a lot of major traffic pass through it such as many freight (some international), local & intercity SNCB/NMBS Belgian services and international TGV, Thalys & Eurostar services.
As the station is on a straight path for a few miles, there were great views of trains approaching from afar, with some moments of crossovers and races.

Just my opinion but I find the Brecknell Willis pantograph on the 373 a work of art. Amazing engineering.

How does the Eurostar switch from 25kv ac to 3kv dc properly?
They have a point where they bring the panto down for 25kv, coast until all of the train is under the wires for 3kv and then bring the other pantograph up.
