Thank you so much. This means a lot. We really do our best to mix with the locals and respect and learn from traditions and culture. Hopefully one day you can visit! Where are you located? Thanks again 🙏🏾
Good morning, how are you. Love the way you greet the locals. Amazing what you guys have done within this short space of time. Well done. Shout out to everyone. Hope to get GOOD MORNING HOW ARE YOU TO ME.. In your next video. Watching from the UK
@overlandingafrica A boss is not just there to be in charge of things, delegating, so on and so forth. You also have to let the staff know you are part of the team, being down to earth, humble, once in a while have fun with them. People will run through a brick wall if they can connect with you. It's not just about the money.
@@MichaelThomas-ko5vq It’s very true! ❤️ without these guys and girls we can’t do anything, they are the the ones building together with us for a better world and we treat them with much respect.
I’m back again Emma I’m interested in you guys why did you decide to settle in Zambia , I know you did say you visited in 2018 what made you settle there or Zambia . Reason being within shortest period you have transformed the area so cool . May God keep guiding you and give u wisdom in all you are doing .
@@nelsonveryinspiringsongver8042 These ones used to be phone booths. Where you could top up your phone with internet or talktime. Some of them are now selling other things, but most of them are not in use anymore (in Mfuwe at least)
Yes Emma the will respect you what you are doing it's called humanity am sure the will do for sure you understand this people very well as if you are at same level much love ❤😍😍 and today the video at least its bit longer ❤
Thank you so so much! 🙏🏾 Yes we are all equal, so that’s how you treat people. 😃 I always try to use your feedback on the videos, so made it a bit longer this time.
Zambia has the most friendly people I ever met in my life. I love the community life, the nature, the wildlife, the culture and the climate of Zambia. I worked very closely with the locals in 2018 and they stole my heart. Unfortunately I also saw the daily challenges they were facing. So many talented people, but difficult circumstances and not enough options to change their life for the better. I decided then and there that one day I would move to Zambia and dedicate my life to community development work. 🧡
What do you think? Will they respect me as a boss after having fun with them after work?
Do you know Priscilla Foundation?

A very pedestrian question: what are those red, green and yellow kiosks near the shops? Are they for recycling? Or shops?
Very good question. I will make a video about that next time!
They are shops selling local commodities

Emma you did not answer my question. Why did you decide to settle in Zambia , what inspired you of all the African countries

Have you ever seen a compost toilet?
No, and I'm very curious about what happens after you have made a "deposit".
This is amazing
