Mr Semanda, has anybody bred European or middle eastern sheep with the local sheep? European och middle eastern mutton tastes and smells so good. Can Middle East sheep thrive in Uganda?
The reason why the mutton is tasty and not smelly its because they mix their food with dates and often clean the shades even shaving off in case the far is too much
Why holding the leg like that for that long. Could have used a rope causing less distress. As an expert Goat farmer why didn't you notice this. I notice quite a few of your staff also do this to other goats. Being kind is part of ethical farming. Its not all about profit!!
