      Dear Sir or Madam,
      My name is Mary Ann Ong, And I am writing you this email for the reason that last October 23 I was visited in your restaurant and had a tremendous experienced.
      I bought 2 hamburgers and while eating it I smell something bad. As I look and check it I saw a dead rat in it. It was so disgusting and I am about to blow my stomach as I swallowed some of it.
      I hurriedly go and look for your staff as you were not there at the moment to talk to. But unfortunately, the crew that talk to me was very arrogant and accusing me that I was the one who put the mouse in it. I really feel sorry about this situation that instead of doing some actions about this they just left me like that without any words at all.
      Actually this is not the first time that I visited your place to have hamburgers. And I know that your restaurant has a very good reputation and I don’t want to ruin it for complaining somewhere. The food was disgusting and that I could get sick or poisoned me. And your staff had a very bad attitude and was so arrogant. But then, I am still considering that you will do something about this. I want a full refund on my purchased and I also want a discount in my next visit.

    Mark, your videos are terrific, really helpful and explanatory. Writing in English is one of my strengths :) Do you know if I will get negative marks if I go over 200 words (the limit for this test)?

      Thanks so much! 😃 I don't think you'll lose marks, but I'm not sure. It's probably better to have 150 words of good writing than 300 words of average writing. Haha

    Thanks for the video Mark, this is very helpful. However, I noticed you typed "January 25" not "January 25th" and "p.m" instead of "p.m.". Are all of the typing style acceptable?

      You're welcome! Thanks for pointing out my mistakes! 😅 Honestly, I don't know how they mark the exam, but if they deduct points for those things, then most native English speakers would fail the test. Haha

    Dear Sir,
    I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory incident happened at your famous restaurant. It was late in the evening on Saturday, when I thought of grabbing a hamburger for dine in. Though the service was quick, but I found a dead mouse inside the burger and was extremely disappointed.
    Being a regular customer, I was disgusted and straight away complained to the cashier. Firstly, the cashier asked me to wait for 10 mins as he was busy serving other customers. After that while discussing about the problem, he never bothered to listen and instead accused me of putting a dead mouse inside the burger so that I could get a free food. It was disheartening to be blamed by a cashier and not only he denied refund, but also refused to repeat my order.
    You are one of the most trusted restaurants in our area for 20 years and usually your service is impeccable. Before posting my concern on social media, I thought of reaching out to you, and I highly suggest you give me the refund and train your staff to treat the customers fairly. Moreover, being a loyal customer, I would be expecting some kind of a gift card for my future visits.
    I hope you consider this situation as your utmost priority and respond to me immediately.

    I believe an update may be necessary for this video.
    I used your videos to assist me with my exam and it was very helpful.
    I was able to score an 8, but for my profession I require a 9.
    English was never my strongest subject in school, but as a native, I am frustrated by the levels.

    Hey Mark,
    Wanna ask one thing.. In formal and informal emails, do we have to write 'Regards' only? Or we can write yours faithfully/sincerely too. ?
    Is there any difference b/w ielts letter writing and celpip email writing?

      Hi! 😃There is no difference between IELTS and CELPIP writing.
      Sincerely and Yours faithfully are very formal. Personally, I never use them, but you can use them in formal letters.

      It depends. If you're writing to family or friends, it should be casual. If it's for work or something else, then formal.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    I am writing to you to express a concern regarding a situation happened in the restaurant.
    Well, yesterday as usual weekend days I and my children went to the restaurant after watching a movie at the cinema next door, we ordered our favorite burgers and fries and we started eating, suddenly Mea my young daughter said papa there is something in my sandwich.
    I opened the sandwich myself and we found a mouse inside !!!
    Sadly, I could not find the restaurant manager. in the end, I reached the cashier guy I showed him everything but he didn't believe me and he started abusing us that I put that mouse myself in the sandwich. as evidence, I've taken some photos for the sandwich showing that died mouse was cooked and a part of the burger slice.
    I would like to receive compensation for that incident and the harm of my young daughter feelings, otherwise, I am willing to file a legal case against your restaurant and I will post the photos on all the social media channels. kindly find the attached photos for more information.

    I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with a bad experience that happened at your restaurant.
    Yesterday, I went to "Salou" with my friend for lunch. After a half hour of waiting, we were seated. We ordered your new hamburgers with french fries. It took a long time to get our order.
    I opened my sandwich to add some ketchup, then I saw a small dead mouse between the burger and the bread, that let me through up, then I called the waiter to explain what is this and how this happens.
    When I complained about the dead mouse in the burger, the waiter refuse to accept that they did a huge mistake, not only this but also accused me of putting it myself, what a big shame for the restaurant.
    I am sorry to say I will not return to your restaurant again and I will not give it another try. I want a full refund of the amount I paid that day. Hope you understand.

    Dear Sir,
    I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. On June 15th, I went to your restaurant for lunch.
    I arrived at 1:00 p.m. and waited for my turn. Finally, the cashier took my order and told me to wait for a few minutes. I sat down and began talking to the person sitting across about the hamburger that I had ordered. It was at least 20 minutes when the cashier called me to pick up my order. I took the order to my table and suddenly noticed a tail coming out of the hamburger.
    I was startled and immediately took the order to the cashier and told him about the dead mouse inside the burger. Without taking a look, the cashier became furious and began accusing me of putting the mouse in the burger. I asked about talking to the manager, but the cashier outrageously denied your presence.
    I left the restaurant extremely disappointed. I know the restaurant has a good reputation. I suggest you look into the matter and think about changing your staff. I would like a full refund of the meal I had.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I am writing this letter because of my embarrassment and dissatisfaction that I experienced in your fast food chain last 2 days ago.
    I went there in your placed to ate for my lunched and I didn't expect the situation it would happened. I always there to ate because I really like your food and the services you offered but during that time that I came in it was my unlucky day it's a disaster day.
    Around 12:30 in the afternoon when I enter in your fast food , there's a lot of people because of lunched break time and I full in lined for almost an hour to ordered my food. When the timed that I ordered your crew is so mad at me the tone of his voiced is so rude. I picked to ordered a combo hamburger with fries and drinks. Then after I ordered I found my seat and they served my food in the table where I am setting down.When the time I started to bite my food the person besides me he noticed that my hamburger was a dead mouse inside. My hungriness suddenly disappeared I drink my soda and right away I stand up and I went to the counter and I asked nicely the cashier why your burger that you served to me is liked that. I showed them the food with a hairy dead mouse spread. He responded that I am the one to put that mouse inside. I think it's not a nice attitude that he is accusing me, so many people who witness the incident and they also embarrassed to your employee. one thing is that I am so hungry why I should put that inside. I'm not insane to do that harsh act.
    I hope you understand my situation and pleased do some steps. Can you please make a full refund for the money that I payed. One more thing I can advised pleased tell your employee that they make organized and treated so nicely their costumer and ans. them in a well mannered behavior. Hopefully you can add some crew member services during the peak hour period.
    Hopefully next time when I visit in your place it will won't happen again the same scenario and also I expect that there is an improvement in your services.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    I am writing you to regarding the incident I had in your restaurant. It happened two days ago when I had a dinner with my family.
    For one thing, I ordered a hamburger and it was served with a dead mouse in it. When I tried to get my first bite, I smelled something odd about the hamburger so I opened the top bun to see what was wrong. That was the time when I found the dead mouse. I could not believe the cook could miss something like that until it was delivered to us.
    For another thing, when I furiously complained about it to the cashier, she denied it was the restaurant fault and accused me instead. This is something unbelievable. I saw the dead mouse with a same burnt mark as the patty which mean it was the cook fault. I debated with the cashier for about fifteen minutes and she would not apologize.
    I was so disappointed with the experience so I expect the restaurant to give me a full refund and a proper compensation. I also expect the cashier to apologize to me personally.

    Hello Mark, i did an ilets exam & my scores were 6 in reading & 5.5 in rest of bands, & im thinking to go for CELPIP, but i need to achieve 9 in all CELPIP bands for immigration purpose
    do u think its easy to accomplish this ?

      I'm not sure. Some people say that the CELPIP is easier. I think it's possible to get a 9 if you study hard.

    Dear X,
    I have visited your restaurant last Friday with my family and unfortunately did not have a great experience which forced me to write this email.
    While ordering the food, we made it clear to the waiter regarding the allergic condition of my father and asked about the contents of different foods. We realized that the waiter was not sure about the contents and had to get this information from the kitchen, which left us waiting for 10/15 minutes more. Once we were done with our starters, we again had to wait before being served with the main dishes and to our surprise we found those extremely cold. Moreover the condition of your washroom was also unhygienic during that time.
    I understand that Friday nights can be crazy sometimes and would like to suggest you to have more waiters available which would reduce the serving time. Also I believe you should start educating your waiters more about the food you serve which would definitely reduce the risk for allergic people. You could also assign one of the waiters to keep an eye on the washroom (rotate this duty if you must) to keep it hygienic all the time!
    I hope you would take these suggestions into consideration to ensure better experience for the customer.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction over the bad experience I had at your restaurant. The diner is very popular in town so me and my friends went there last Friday to check why people kept coming back.
    Firstly, I was really excited to take my first bite of the hamburger however, it felt like I was chewing minute bones that I thought was part of the recipe. After some time, I smelled fresh blood so I thoroughly checked the patty and found a small rat in it.
    I felt ill knowing I have eaten the mouse's head so I immediately complained but, the situation was aggravated by the staff who put the blame on me saying that it was part of our scheme to destroy their reputation. I asked for a manager but no one was available so we left without a resolution.
    Unfortunately, I will not go back to the restaurant again and I will not recommend it to others. May this incident be a lesson for you to train your staff about good customer service and to improve the diner's sanitation.

      I don't think they will deduct any marks if you go slightly over the limit. But I can't remember exactly. I would say try to aim for 200.

    Dear Sir,
    It is with deep regret that I write to you to inform about my terrible experience at Burger King by the Wellington Street recently. My friends and I visited it on the eve of my friend's birthday.
    We ordered hamburgers and sat in the vacant chairs. I was eager to have the burger since I always liked the Burger King's hamburger. I took the first bite and felt that the burger tasted different than usual. So, I just checked the burger and was shocked to see a dead mouse instead of the patty. I immediately went to the counter and explained the situation to the cashier.
    He reluctantly listened to me and accused me of putting the dead mouse beneath the burger and rubbed it off it as a cheap trick for a free burger. That statement just annoyed me. Without much fuss, I returned from the restaurant, very much agitated.
    I always enjoyed visiting burger king but this incident changed everything.I am not expecting a refund or a discount on my next visit, but a genuine apology from the cashier so that I keep enjoying the hamburgers at Burger King.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction about my previous visit to your restaurant. I came to CELPIP Hamburger on Wednesday, Aug 5 at 3 PM with my daughters.
    I ordered 2 special cheeseburgers with fries and soda. However, when my order came to our table, it was a super shock moment for me and my daughters. She found a dead mouse in it! How could a famous restaurant like yours had a dead mouse in the food? Then, I made a complaint to your cashier named A, but she refused to help me because the dead mouse was not in there when she brought the food from the kitchen. On top of that, she was blaming me that I was the one who put it in my own food.
    This whole experience was really terrible, especially for my daughter because it has impacted her psychology. I was trying to find the restaurant manager but he/she was not there. I would like a full refund of my meal and a written statement regarding a dead mouse in my food immediately.

    I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory incident happened at your famous restaurant. It was late in the evening on Saturday, when I thought of grabbing a hamburger for dine in. Though the service was quick, but I found a dead mouse inside the burger and was extremely disappointed.
    Being a regular customer, I was disgusted and straight away complained to the cashier. Firstly, the cashier asked me to wait for 10 mins as he was busy serving other customers. After that while discussing about the problem, he never bothered to listen and instead accused me of putting a dead mouse inside the burger so that I could get a free food. It was disheartening to be blamed by a cashier and not only he denied refund, but also refused to repeat my order.
    You are one of the most trusted restaurants in our area for 20 years and usually your service is impeccable. Before posting my concern on social media, I thought of reaching out to you as you are the one who could solve this problem, so I strongly suggest you give me the refund and train your staff to treat the customers fairly. Moreover, being a loyal customer, I would be expecting some kind of a gift card for my future visits.

    I am writing this mail to inform you about the terrible experience I had at your restaurant on my last visit. On March 15, I went there with one of my friends to enjoy my interval at work.
    We arrived at 1520 and ordered for 2 Hamburgers and beer. We received the ordered food after 30 minutes. When I opened my hamburger, to add some mayonnaise, I found small dead mice inside. I felt so bad as I am one of the frequent customers at your restaurant. My friend has also witnessed this incident. I called the person who served the dish, but he did not give me any response regarding it and told not to overreact. I went to the cashier as you were not present at the store.
    It was also disturbing and equally surprising that the cashier accused me of placing the mice inside the burger even before listening to my complaint. I felt as embarrassed as I was insulted in front of the other visitors of the restaurant. As my friend recorded the event on his phone camera I have evidence regarding this incident. I would like to remember you that a person like me, who daily visit your store, would not try to humiliate you by doing such thing.
    I would like to have a written and verbal apology from your staff, otherwise, I may have to take this issue to the competent authority with all evidence I have. I would also recommend you to have a deep analysis on this issue as it may affect your company’s reputation.

    On 7th March, me and my friends came to your restaurant and waited for the server about 20 minutes. After sometime someone gave us the menu, we ordered 4 hamburger to the server. He bought us after half and hour which was too late. Although the food was late and also we noticed a dead mouse in the hamburger.
    We complained it to the cashier, however we was telling we put the dead mouse in the burger which was extremely disappointed us. The service and also the food is not good, and we went out with bad mood.

    I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint about your restaurant food quality. I took my mother at your restaurant on 25th January at 7 PM.
    We ordered two hamburgers, after 20 minutes food got served. It is unfortunate, we saw a dead mouse inside one of the burger. Further, I took the food to cashier and I briefed about the food serviced to me.

    I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. Yesterday, May 24th, I visited your restaurant along with three of my friends. It was the birthday of one of them and we decided to treat ourselves to dinner at your restaurant.
    We arrived at the location around 7:35 p.m and noticed there was only one seat available. We did not want to order take-out so we decided to wait outside for additional free seats. After 20 minutes, a family vacated their seats and we went in and took the seats. We ordered some hamburgers for the four of us along with fries and drinks (combos). It took another 25 minutes to receive the orders due to delays. The cashier had inadvertently left out our orders as she busied herself with a customer's complain.
    On receiving our orders, we said a few jokes and made a song quietly for the celebrant. The celebration had just begun, we thought. I unwrapped my hamburger and I noticed a dark spot just above the cheese. I then separated it and found a dead mouse laying in the hamburger. It was a very devastating experience. Our cheerful birthday jokes quickly went on to become morbid.
    I approached the cashier to explain my discovery hoping for some apologies and replacement. Instead, she disregarded my complain and accused me of planting the dead mouse in the hamburger just to make them (the workers) look bad. She did state that she won't be having any such mischief. I felt embarrassed. I tried to press a bit further to get her attention but she seems convinced that I planted the dead mouse and wouldn't even check with the back staff to notify them of the appalling situation.
    We left the restaurant feeling a mix of disappointment and embarrassment. We had hoped for a fun evening at the restaurant we had high regard for and love to visit. I would like a full refund of my (one) hamburger, a discount on the next visit, and importantly, an apology from the restaurant.

    This email is in regard to the service I had received at your restaurant. On 25th June, I took all my friends to your restaurant for my birthday.
    We arrived at your restaurant at 7.00 pm and everyone admired the ambience in the restaurant.     On 20th of January we went at the cafe on Sunday at 2p.m. We ordered a halibut with the vegetables etc. After a while a waitress brought us something. On the plate was a carp. For our question:"Wow that's no the halibut! 😊". The waitress was gone to a kitchen, when returned she said:"It's the halibut".
    We thought, the situation was going to be interesting😞. Mmm...😟 we said again:"Why you don't be agree?!". She called a cook. Came up to us a confident woman and said:"It's a halibut, that was changed for special author's preparation". That was the highest degree of arrogance! That was equally to said to black is the white!!
    We answered:"OK! How do you think, if we'll give its for inspection😊?!". She:"That's you rights" and was gone. Unfair and rude!
    The inspection was confirmed our suspicious, although won't need for it. A meeting of old friends was spoiled. My friend lost the time, while the fish was given to analysis. Now I am writing this email, its waste of time too.
    A week after the incident the money was returned. But a main question is - how don't let those actions again. The case must be considered in the team. We hope, this message have contributed to the improvement of the service in your field.

    As xyz branch of your restaurant in near to my office, during my lunch time I went to restaurant to take any snake because that day I was so busy.

    On January 25th, I went to ‘The Street Junction’ along with my friend for lunch. After a twenty minutes wait, we were seated. We were quick to order hamburgers with fries. It took a whopping thirty minutes to serve our order.

    I am writing to you in order to complain about the negative and unhealthy experience we had at your restaurant on 1st July 2019 ( Wednesday ). After hearing a lot of refreshing things about your restaurant , me and my friend decided to pay you a visit.The reservation was under the name of Kunal Verma.

    I have read and heard great reviews about your restaurant on various websites and also from many friends. However, our experience at your restaurant has been quite opposite.
    My husband and me being lovers of Indian food , have ordered the best signature dish of the restaurant only to find out how bad it was.
    The dish was very bland and also smelled stale. The complementary dessert was so watery like it was not given time to set.
    We were very disappointed with the dinner and it ruined our anniversary celebration.
    We took up the issue with the supervisor and the chef but we were completely ignored and not treated with dignity.
    Rather apologize, I request you to refund the entire bill amount of the dinner for this bad service. Also, please do take care of the food and management, so that you do not loose potential customers with this kind of behavior and food.

    I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had in your restaurant.
    Last Friday, I took my girlfriend to your restaurant to celebrate her birthday. The restaurant was busy; we had to wait for 30 minutes to sit down. The waiter came, led to our seats and brought our drinks: 2 pops. However, he took 25 minutes to bring our hamburgers.
    When I bit my hamburger and looked at my girlfriend's, I noticed a tail in her sandwich and asked her to stop eating it immediately; I took her plate and showed her sandwich to the restaurant cashier with a dead mouse in it.
    He told me he did not know where it came from and insinuated that I would have put it in the sandwich in order to not pay for my order. His attitude was disrespectful, and at that point I tried to contact the manager, but he smiled and informed me you would not work at the restaurant last week because you had plenty of meetings to participate.
    Moreover, I had to pay not only for my order, but also for my girlfriend's, which we could not barely bite them. To that end, we would like a full refund after this unpleasant inconvenience.

    I am writing this email to complain about your restaurant and the service. On July 25th me and my family came to your restaurant for dinner and had some awkward situations.
    We ordered Hamburger and some kids meals. First of all, we received our orders very lately and on top of it there is one dead mouse on our Hamburger. In order to complain about the dish to your server. He blamed me, saying I put the dead mouse on my meal to make some chaos in the restaurant. I had a very embarrassing situation in your restaurant in front of my kids and the public people.
    There is no way that I put a dead mouse on my dishes. I didn’t get the proper response from your server and he was very rude in his reply. I wanted to escalate the situation right away and look for you but you were not there to attend to my problem.
    Hope you take care and teach your employees how to talk to a customer in this kind of situation. If this continues, I may escalate this matter to the public forum.

    I am writing you this email to express my dissatisfaction, recently I had in your restaurant.
    I visited your restaurant on September 03rd with my family. I ordered ham burgers but when the order arrived, found a dead mouse in one of the burger. I looked for the manger to complain about this but unfortunately no one was there and I went to the cashier. I explained the problem to him and asked what is the resolution now.

    I am writing to you to explain my concern about the accident which has been happened in your restaurant on 21 July.
    I went to your restaurant on 21 July and ordered a hamburger. After some minutes my hamburger was ready but, at the first, I found the bad smell from the meal and then, unfortunately, I saw the died mouse in it.

    I am writing this to make a formal complaint with the experience that I had at your restaurant. I was at your restaurant with my boyfriend last Thursday evening, August 9, 2018.
    I ordered the double cheese burger, which is one of the top menus, and found that there was a dead mouse in it. I never expected that in the food and really worried the kitchen condition.
    As soon as I saw that, I complained to the cashier, however, he accused me of putting it in there in purpose. His attitude was not professional and could not be accepted at all. By that time, the manager was nowhere in sight. The service was the worst that I have ever experienced at your restaurant since I have been a regular customer for ten years.
    I hope that you will look into this matter and train your staff properly to have the appreciate behaviour befitting the occasion and also would like to ask a full refund of my meal.

    On Wednesday last week I came to your restaurant to buy some food. There were a few people in the restaurant. However, It took me fourthly minutes to place my order because some of your employees were busy chatting and playing with their cell phones.
    I ordered a crispy chicken hamburger and orange juice. I had to wait for an additional ten minutes to be served. The hamburger looked trouble.     My mother and I went to your restaurant on the August 10. we had a very good first impression for your restaurant. Everything was nice and elegant. However, after ordered the hamburger for myself, I realized there was a dead mice in my burger hiding between the buns.
    So I went to correct the situation with one of the waiter. To my surprise, he responded to me that I was the one who put the dead mice there in the first place. I was speechless at that point since I had never seen this response ever in my life. Also the waiter made me so uncomfortable that I had to request to see the manager. After went to the back kitchen, he was not able to find you since you was not there.
    Anyway, I hope that you could resolve this situation for me by give me the full refund of that dinner and it would be nice if you can add some discount on my next visit.

    I am writing this to you express my dissatisfaction and how offended I feel during my recent to your restaurant. The quality of food and attitude of restaurant staff was completely unacceptable.
    On January 26th, I arrived at your restaurant along with my friend and wait to be seated after a long wait of half an hour someone came and greet us and took us to our table. As we were very hungry so we ordered something that wouldn’t take much time to cook. We ordered hamburgers with lemonade and it took almost 25 minutes to get our order served.
    When I saw the hamburgers, I look something unusual. I spotted a small dead mouse between patty and tomato. I immediately called the waiter and complained about the incident. Instead of helping me out, he refused to accept the fault. He alleged me that I intentionally put the mouse in the hamburgers. I was looking for you in restaurant but unfortunately you were on leave that day. I don’t want to get in argument with the Waiter so, I left the place after making payment.
    I know your restaurant has a good reputation, but such incidents do affect it. I would like to give it another chance. I want a full refund of the meal I had that day and a discount on my next visit.

    I am writing you this email for express my discontents for the service that I had in your restaurant.
    I visited your restaurant on May 24th, 2020. I arrived at noon that Saturday. The restaurant was half empty and there were three waiters taking orders. I ordered a doble cheese hamburger with some fries and a coke. We had to wait around 25 minutes for the waiter and another 20 minutes for the lunch. Once the order arrived, I wanted to eat it immediately. However, I had a disgusting surprise because there was a dead mouse in my hamburger. It caused me a huge annoyance.
    However, it was not the worse part. When I tried to explain the situation to the cashier, He insinuated that I had the mouse with me before and I put it in. That was unrespectful, nonprofessional and indecent.
    Due that situation, I would like to have a public apologize from you and your team that day. Also, I would like to have a total refund. With those actions, my lawyer and I would not consider any legal course.

    Dear Manager,
    I am writing this email to complain about the terrible services and worst food which had been served to me on 22 November 2018.
    I came to your restaurant for lunch and ordered a hamburger. When I took the hamburger to eat, I noticed a foul smell out of it. Unfortunately, by inspecting deeply I found a dead mouse in it.
    Then, I immediately ask the server to call the manager but he was not available. I made a complaint to the cashier but he accused me to put the mouse in the hamburger. Since, it was a prepaid order so, I left the place after this without formalities.

    I am writing this email to complain about the unbelievable and disgusting experience that I had at your restaurant yesterday.
    I came with my husband to taste the new hamburger announced on your ad, but after the first bite I notice hair in my tongue. When I look inside the sandwich, there was a mouse corpse between the cheese and the meat.
    After the shock, I started to scream and my husband got the food to show to the cashier. The cashier then started to be reluctant and said that I was the one who forged the situation. He said that we should leave the place or he would force us to do that with the security guards.
    I could not react after the rudeness and asked my husband to leave it for the moment. However, I would like at least an apology from your staff or otherwise I will sue the establishment.

    I am writting you an email to complain about the behavior of your staff. We came to your restaurant with joy and happy attitude looking forward to taste the known burger in town.
    On January 5, 2019 , Me and my Mom went to your restaurant. Although we saw few customer inside, so we just took our sit and waited someone to entertain us. Until finally one staff went out from the kitchen. So i came to her and asked her to take our orders. We ordered 2 burgers and a pasta .
    When our orders arrived me and my mom took a big bite to the burgers , but when i chewed it i can feel a crunchy but i just ignored it at first to think it is part of the patty, but when i took my second bite i can feel something wrong and when i smell it and try to open under the patty, i saw a big rat inside. I immediately went to the cashier and told her that my burger had a dead rat inside. But the cashier did not believed us instead she told us that I am the one who put the dead rat inside. She even told us lier and aside from that she even told us, we just did that so that cannot pay the bill. She provoked me so i told her go get your manager! But she told me the manager was not here . Because the manager was not there, i took the picture of my burger with the dead rat in it just in case and to have the evidence.
    I am sorry to tell you this. But i will never ever come back to your restaurant. And i will not do any recommendation on it. I will not ask for any refund. But Hoping that this incident will not happened again not to me but not to others if that happen, i will surely post the picture on the social media.

    I made this email to make a formal complaint about the horrible incident I experienced at your restaurant on June first.
    Together with my friend, we ordered a hamburger. Our order came after few minutes. We have heard that your hamburgers are the best in town. And that makes me so excited and happy to taste it. On my second bite, I felt something strange and awful taste in my mouth. So I took a napkin and spit on it. Then I saw a thin long meat then realized it was a tail. I was more so horrified when I check my burger and saw with my own two eyes a dead rat together with the patty. And almost fell on my chair and throw up upon seeing this disgusting tiny animal on your food.
    I am trying to look for a server to tell this upsetting experience but no one to found. So, I approached the cashier and showed her the hamburger with the dead rat. I was expecting that your staff should be apologetic. But instead, she was so rude and even accusing me that it was me who put that thing on my food. She even said that I am just making a reason that will put your place in a nasty situation and bad reputation.
    I am sorry to tell this, but because of that disappointment I had, I will never come again in your restaurant. And I am asking for a full refund of my money.

    We went to your restaurant on 25th of December celebrated my birthday with my family.
    We arrived there around 6:00pm,at the entrance nobody greeted us and asking if we had a reservasion. We took 10 minutes before we seated. We ordered the best seller burger, pizza, french fries and drinks. While waiting our ordered we talked about the place , the ambience is great but not the staff. Their attitude to the guest is embarassing. When the food is ready to eat i found it that there a mounse inside the burger. And i went right away the cashier to tell her but she didn't believe and she accussing me i putting in it. At that moment i go back to the seat and told my family to move out and left the food in there.
    The restaurant has a good reputation at nice ambience but the bad things is the one who prefer and cashier who did not believe in me.
    I do to come back at please literate your staff to do their job properly and politely. I am hope my next visit won't be happen again.

    I am writing this mail to bring to your kind attention that I experienced at your restaurant. On October 2nd,I along with my girlfriend, visited your restaurant, we waited for 10 minutes at the entrance to greet us, finally someone came to us and shown the table to sit. We both ordered hamburgers. The waiter almost took half an hour to serve us. When we asked him the reason, the reply from his side is not convincing for us.
    Anyhow as soon as we are about to begin, we are shocked to see a dead mouse in it.     Dear store manager,
    I am writing to you to express my disappointment regarding the unbelievable situation I had experienced in your store last night. After a long and tiring shift, on Wednesday night, I came to your store and order a hamburger.
    However, instead of enjoying my food, I was extremely shocked when I found a dead mouse in my burger! I could not believe with my own eyes. Something like this, I couldn't dream in my worst nightmare.
    Immediately after this unpleasant discovery, I went to cashier and told him what I have found. I was terrified when he said that it is impossible that one of your cooks left the mouse inside the burger and he actually accused me for doing it. I cannot describe how mad and frustrated I was upon hearing this accusation. I left home with a huge amount of anger and I am not coming back there ever again.

    I am writing this email to express my anger and dissatisfaction experienced in your restaurant. On April 10, it was my daughter’s 10 years old birthday.
    Understood your restaurant is very famous in town so I made reservation April 9. We arrived at 6:10PM and there is 5 minutes before the reserved schedule. My daughter was excited to have wonderful dinner however we put on hold at the entrance for 30 minutes. Finally, we were served to have a table with dirty table cloth. Reading my watch at 7PM and the server came for taking orders, hamburger for myself.
    Enjoying the environment of the restaurant and we had a low voice birthday song celebration. Food arrived and I were extremely hungry to get a bite to my burger. My wife stopped me by that moment as she suspected there was having a mouse tail at the wrapping paper. I complained to the cashier immediately about the dead mouse. However, the cashier accused me to put it into the burger. I bared the anger and embarrassment to leave the restaurant.
