How will they manage their negative and positive temperaments in business certain . In fact sanguine temperaments are contradicting. Can sanguine make changes about your weakness?

If a sanguine is welcoming and helpful but lazy at interrogating issues to find hurdles, would it be advisable to give them a job role like say, customer relations/service? 2. How can these various temperaments be reconciled in a working environment to ensure peaceful coexistence for productivity? 3. How can either temperament resolve to train themselves or in other words, rise above their weaknesses?
