I've never seen an RPG quite like this, and it's fascinating...everyone's evolving into 3-dimensional characters. And Lucy is playing the most unhinged one xD it's hilarious~
There have been 0 sessions since the last time Sullivan played a doofus character with a silly voice, our record is 0 sessions (and we love him for that)
This is a game that’s designed perfectly for content. Would love to see a revisit of this eventually. Couldn’t stop laughing when they revealed that Sully was 70ish and Laurie was 90ish this whole time xD
Man, you would think I would know by now to not read the comments before fully watching a video cuz some people can't help themselves with spoilers, yet here we are 😭🤣
At some point you just absolutely have to have Lucy and Tilly on the same video. The consequences are hard to predict but it has the potential to be glorious.
the world needs more of this. i really need more of this self discovery, emerging story style story telling. the twists and turns that where plucked from nothing made this whole video such an enjoyable show.
This has all the hallmarks of a lovely solo journaling rpg like Thousand Year Old Vampire. Yet so easy and quick to play and create weird worlds with friends. Just lovely.
Interesting game and really nice video length - would love to see more content like this. Appreciate how smoothly the guests fit in with the familiar cast too.
Given his personal history with the Queen, I'm intrigued by Sir Laurie's decision in the end and his reason for doing so. _Something_ must have happened during the trip that we were not privy to.
This was brilliant! The runtime made it nice and digestible. But also I feel like there’s room for a second course (you didn’t want to spoil the other art cards… but would a patreon exclusive second episode spoil them? 👀). Excellent cast as always! Please, keep the great stuff coming!
Another stellar game choice. Whoever is choosing has great taste, and is really showcasing the varied and rich indie table top role playing games we have on offer!
This was really fascinating, less a game than a guided improv session that produced some really great moments and didn't let players just set up pat narratives since at any time they could get a question that forced a different twist on their interactions with the Queen.
Definitely one of the most interesting and layered games yet. It managed to condense the entirety of a DND campaign's evolution of its characters and plot reveals onto a mere hour. I'd adore to see more games like this
I love the amount of plot twists through this entire game😂 please play this more its so fun to watch the story come alive and more intricate after every card is pulled❤
Lucy is such a brilliant actor, and a fabulous addition to the channel. Her hard pivot from a fairly grounded (though ultimately traumatised) investigator in the Y-files to just the freakiest lil guy in this is absolutely astounding. 😍🔥🌟
I hope you play this again!! It was hilarious and so excited to see Lucy back! Just a heads up but I managed to watch this yesterday on the RUclips app on the fire stick with the video tagged as unlisted.
Honestly after seeing this, I wouldn’t mind seeing you guys play Tall Pines. It’s basically Twin Peaks the RPG designed for oneshots, with the characters being on the table and passed around depending on the scene.
I bought this game because of this video. Had a great time playing it with my mates. I hope you guys make another For The Queen video. This improve game seemed made for this channel.
This reminds me of when they played Desperation and Have You Heard About The Beast! I'll go back and watch those after this one! Are there any other games that are played like this?
This reminds me of the podcast victoriocity and their version of Queen Victoria, a 10ft tall mechanical monstrosity, housing both her and Prince Albert’s mind, that has been assassinated 8 times and revived by her royal engineers
I would love to see the Quiet Year ttrpg played by you guys! It's a collaborative map making game where you draw the map. It might be hard to find a copy since they don't make it anymore, but it's a fun game!
This was very fun to watch! Although I thought the final choice was going to determine the ending. It was also a bit odd how sometimes people would draw cards thtat contradicted their previous ones, but I definitely enjoyed this.
I can't remember the last time a fun roleplaying channel made me think QUITE SO MUCH of the series "Blood on the Tracks." But EVERY line out of Sullivan's mouth, it's all I can think of...
Oh man, Dom with the "Francesca, LAST of her name" goes so hard.
Dom putting the romance in necromancer
This made me bust out laughing. Underrated comment.
"What do you like about them so much? Necks?" - Yogscast Boba.
I've never seen an RPG quite like this, and it's fascinating...everyone's evolving into 3-dimensional characters. And Lucy is playing the most unhinged one xD it's hilarious~
Genuinely phenomenal work from Lucy, where the treacherous necromancer is the second creepiest character.
At first I was very confused at the premise. An hour later and all I want is more. More of this. More!
Oh I LOVE the subtle "That was for me." from Lucy when Sully pulled that card about the queen being gentle.
Nice to see Emily and Lucy again, great players. Thanks for this eves entertainment all!
Dom getting romantic sounding cards in the beginning and making himself a necromancer is great.
There have been 0 sessions since the last time Sullivan played a doofus character with a silly voice, our record is 0 sessions
(and we love him for that)
Spoilers:
His
"She said I wasn't allowed to call her mommy anymore"
actually made me tear up a little, it's so well telegraphed and acted
Sullivan is my spirit animal
This is a game that’s designed perfectly for content. Would love to see a revisit of this eventually. Couldn’t stop laughing when they revealed that Sully was 70ish and Laurie was 90ish this whole time xD

This game is a true gem and I’d gladly watch this for hours on end, excellent jobs from everyone! Keep these coming!
the world needs more of this. i really need more of this self discovery, emerging story style story telling. the twists and turns that where plucked from nothing made this whole video such an enjoyable show.
my headcannon is that Laurie's character wanted to take over the country by becoming the king by marrying that queen
What a great game! So much lore built in such a short time, I was totally invested in every character.
I love that Emily and Lucy have come back! 🎉
Yay! Lucy Farrett is back!
Lucy Farrett and Emily ought both be on more, very talented ladies - Top Show NRB
I could be wrong, but I feel he was referencing something at the start.
Also we can never let these people hold power.
Its Queen song titles (and lyrics)
Given his personal history with the Queen, I'm intrigued by Sir Laurie's decision in the end and his reason for doing so. _Something_ must have happened during the trip that we were not privy to.
This was extremely enjoyable! Honestly, surprisingly so for a little one shot! It's fantastically fun!
Dom referencing The Favourite was fantastic and extremely accurate lmao
I keep waiting for Sullivan to say Mawwiage
This was brilliant! The runtime made it nice and digestible. But also I feel like there’s room for a second course (you didn’t want to spoil the other art cards… but would a patreon exclusive second episode spoil them? 👀).
Excellent cast as always! Please, keep the great stuff coming!
Barely 10 minutes in and I would already die for Lucy’s insane character 😂
Brilliant, only 20 mins in and its great fun to watch.
Another stellar game choice. Whoever is choosing has great taste, and is really showcasing the varied and rich indie table top role playing games we have on offer!
This is such a good cast, this ought to be awesome
I also really enjoy the colour palette in this ep! The warm tones in the clothing and lights are very pleasing to the eye:)
im gonna need another episode of this immediately, a longer one please!
What a great, really accessible game. I will consider getting this one.
This was really fascinating, less a game than a guided improv session that produced some really great moments and didn't let players just set up pat narratives since at any time they could get a question that forced a different twist on their interactions with the Queen.
Such a cool game! I want another episode! A different queen
That was a lot of fun to be honest. 😊So many twists and turns, and I found myself laughing a lot too.
Definitely one of the most interesting and layered games yet. It managed to condense the entirety of a DND campaign's evolution of its characters and plot reveals onto a mere hour. I'd adore to see more games like this
Great to see both Lucy and Emily again!
I couldn't shake the thought of Laurie being Nigel McGuinness lol
love this game! my fave intro to storytelling/roleplaying games for new players
I love the amount of plot twists through this entire game😂 please play this more its so fun to watch the story come alive and more intricate after every card is pulled❤
This was amazing! Thank you to Lucy, Emily, Sullivan, and Laurie. I appreciate your work and your talent.
This was amazing! So fun :D Would love to see more of this game or games similar.
The length was also great.
This is great, I love this cast. Wonderful
Love (who i presume is) Teri in the background of the Surfshark AD 😂
Lucy is such a brilliant actor, and a fabulous addition to the channel. Her hard pivot from a fairly grounded (though ultimately traumatised) investigator in the Y-files to just the freakiest lil guy in this is absolutely astounding. 😍🔥🌟
Feel like I witnessed an entire TV fantasy series in an hour and was locked in for the whole thing
5:45 “FLAMES!! HOT! HEAVING!! FLAMES!! UP THESIE OF MY FACE!” 😂💜
Saw this. Immediately ordered this.
11:00 "ooo I touch my staff" Is so getting clipped!
Great cast and a fun looking game, loved it all
Decided to pick this up, For The Queen seems like a fun way to get people into roleplay
Awesome queen references with a couple of deep cuts there! Nice one
Such a great crew. Lucy’s killing me 😂
I've never heard of this before but I really liked it a lot. Definitely going on the list to buy and try out!
I hope you play this again!! It was hilarious and so excited to see Lucy back!
Just a heads up but I managed to watch this yesterday on the RUclips app on the fire stick with the video tagged as unlisted.
Lucy is absolutely terrifying when she was in character.
Daaaamn, what a story! 😂😂😂
These guests were amazing. I think they would be amazingly disturbing in a call of Ctuhulu game or similar.
They both have been! Lucy in the Y Files and Emily in the Neighbors one. And yes, they were both fabulous.
I love the chaotic neutral videos :D
Could we get another round with another Queen, please
Honestly after seeing this, I wouldn’t mind seeing you guys play Tall Pines. It’s basically Twin Peaks the RPG designed for oneshots, with the characters being on the table and passed around depending on the scene.
Such a fun game with such fun characters by the players!
This was absolutely delightful and creative.
You can tell this was recorded during the live shows because everyone is looking so sharp.
More Lucy! she has amazing energy :D
I bought this game because of this video. Had a great time playing it with my mates.
I hope you guys make another For The Queen video. This improve game seemed made for this channel.
This was amazing ❤ thank you xx

First time watching the channel. Really enjoyed this episode, great work all!
I would love to see the Quiet Year ttrpg played by you guys! It's a collaborative map making game where you draw the map. It might be hard to find a copy since they don't make it anymore, but it's a fun game!
For the queen!
This was absolutely wild. I was cackling for so much of it.
Good on all the player for keeping up with the rules and not resort to using the very magical staff
The staff belongs to a sorcerer named Tchekov
Lauries best intro to date
brilliant! i enjoyed every minute. 😊
Francesca: The Eternal Queen of Rot
For The Queen
Took less than 2 rounds for the Queen's fate to be decided
This was very fun to watch! Although I thought the final choice was going to determine the ending. It was also a bit odd how sometimes people would draw cards thtat contradicted their previous ones, but I definitely enjoyed this.
I can't remember the last time a fun roleplaying channel made me think QUITE SO MUCH of the series "Blood on the Tracks." But EVERY line out of Sullivan's mouth, it's all I can think of...
similar game but much potentially grander in scope that you might want to check out is Microscope - aptly describes itself as a World-Building RPG
Microscope or another world building game (The Quiet Year, i’m sorry did you say street magic, etc) would be amazing!
I really liked this game
That was fun!!
@27:30 lost chance to say "she called me a good girl"
0:00 me going down a slide
Didn't realise 90s Bjork was a character in this, at the start
where was the notif youtube???!!!!
the only time i seen this was a vampire the masquerade mod of the game
Lady from y files. I am in.
Missed opportunity with the we are the champions my friend
Just saw Mystery Quest play Grotten: 1 Bit Deeper, I'd recomend it for you guys too! Would be a Blast!
I literally “F*ckin Russo” to this 😂😂😂 So happy to see her back!
nice to see some Darrington Press (Critical role's board game company) content.
I liked the first edition, but hadn’t seen the Darrington Press -published version. It looks good! And as before, such a good game.
wouldn't a bottom-wiping ai just be a programmable bidet?
Is Lucy the first Chaotic Neutral guest to appear in two videos? I think she is
Laurie just host the entire episode speaking only in song lyrics.
What about a "Dragon on Your Back?"
I feel so bad for the son and his dad...
Oh good, Slambo is in another cult. 😂
