It's never easy to live with a neuro-spicy mind. Especially in a time when everyone thinks that being neurodiverse is something fancy and could be a flex. But it's absolutely wonderful when you finally figure out that you are not a weird alien in this world and you have somewhere many sisters and brothers with the exactly same struggles and you can start to feel that you finally belong somewhere. 🥰 I was diagnosed when I was about 11 of course that time they called it hyperactivity and lack of attention. But in my adult time I could finally learn a lot about my ADHD and how my brain works and how I can ride my mental periods ❤️ I still have many struggles but I am more open about myself 🥰 My biggest struggle is my RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) that makes my life sometimes extremely hard, but I started to research it and I try to use a few techniques everyday ❤️
