Romeo is a jenday conure, they all look like that male or female. the ones you're referring to as males are sun conures which are a completely different breed
No, neither species is sexually dimorphic, meaning you cannot accurately sex them by appearance. Behavior will usually suffice. you will probably know when you have a male. If the bird attacks all but one person, and tries to mollest that person or is overly assertive, humps hands or objects, ect, almost certain to be a male. My jenday loves me and other than that is a damn savage. Not always that easy but if you are experienced with parrots, males tend to give themselves away. Females however may lay eggs.
Radhika Chatterjee When you raise a bird in captivity they see their cage as their home, I take out my bird and he will willingly go back to his cage because of that reason. Taking a bird from the wild would be cruel but when they’re raised in domestication there is nothing wrong with that.

Birds should be free and not locked up in cages. They are not domesticated animals.
