Hi I have a Alde 3010 heater in my Bailey and have a problem showing on the control panel SERIAL , has anyone have any ideas how to get y heater going .
Hi. Thanks for putting out this video. I have a problem where I have to lightly tap the cover of the Alde (compact 3000) to make it ignite when starting it up. I start the system, and after a few seconds the red light in the panel comes on. It may ignite on its own, but usually I have to tap it to get it going after this red light comes on. Any idea what could be the cause? Worn/dirty «spark plug» maybe? Stuck solenoid valve? Thanks
I had a same problem, however now not even tapping the top helps. The boiler comes on and then it shuts down after 30 seconds or so and the red light stays on. Any ideas what can it be?
@@bioversion6983 turned out to be the black electronics control box in my case. Had to replace the whole thing, even though the culprit was a simple relay failing. I wasn't able to repair it.
Hi, wonder if you can help! I have the Alde 3000, I can’t get the gas to ignite! I’ve changed the ignition elements, checked and cleaned the burner, changed the ignition mother board at £190! And still it won’t ignite! It goes though the sequence and you hear the ignition but nothing...
Hi John, we have the same boiler in our camper, some times it comes on and some times not when switching the gas on, is this the same issue you had? If so could you recommended where to purchase a replacement please?
It does sound very similar to the problem that I had although it can be a number of problems, I have had 3 alde 3000s over the years and most of the time it's the burner, Alde don't make the 3000 anymore so just over a year ago I purchase an Alde 3020 from Leisure shop direct it needed a bit of re piping as the fittings are in different places, I hope this helps, John

Hey there! I got the alde 3000 and the heat itself is working but not the heat pump. Is there any way to change or fix it?

Hi Hakon, sorry that I can't help you, the spark plug does sometimes get worn but I never had to tap it

If you have gas are the solenoid working other than next trial and error I don't have the sweet house anymore I sort it out for a newer model
