Visiting the Old Quarter in Hanoi was by far my favorite activity in Hanoi, Vietnam! I could literally just walk around the old quarter for weeks without getting board. While walking around the old quarter in Hanoi you constantly have to dodge motor bikes! It really keeps you on your toes.
You never know what you're going to see when walking around the old quarter. One second you might see chickens playing in the road. The next minute you'll see hundreds of knock off Rolex watches. One thing that I guarantee you'll see TONS of stores selling cheap North Face apparel.
Apparently North Face apparel in Hanoi is cheap because the North Face factory is located in Vietnam? I don't know how true this is, but I do know that Kara scored a nice "North Face" puffy jacket for only $20 in the Old Quarter of Hanoi in a store called Made in Vietnam!

I am also following from the first one. You two are awesome. No bar hopping, night clubs like most out there - only amazing experiences without those. I never thought I will be able to see simple good to the core enjoyment like this in 2020. Also, so nice to see such a big audience (fan club!) for them cheering and enjoying every step of the way for the 100 country adventure. World still has goodness left 😊

Found your channel when searching for trip ideas for Egypt. Now of course I've had to start over and watch from the beginning. Love your energy, and 100% love that you turn the camera out to show the area you are in.

By the way, I can't get enough of those Japanese maneki-neko (beckoning cats). They're just so fun with their waving arms. Am I the only one who has to wave my arms like that when I see them? No? Just me?

@@SeismicSales Just come back, Hanoi deft all about North face. Last place I saw it moving down Vietnam was Hoian and not much in Nha Trang or Saigon. Hanoi had the largest North Face for sale.

I bbought a North "Fake" duffel bag in Nepal years ago, and I have to say, it's a pretty good bag and still going strong. Sometimes I think the knock-offs can be as good as the real thing (not the watches on Canal street in NYC though).
Our Canal Street watch lasted a week lol
