all the archons will rerun at the beginning of a new region, not the end. old Archons like raiden will rerun at the beginning of 6.0. But bc mavuaika is new then she would rerun around 5.6 or 5.7
new archons do rerun near the end of the region, usually 4 patches after their release (except furina, she reran after 5 patches), so yes they do rerun near the end of the region, the older archons like zhongli, raiden shogun, etc reruns 1 by 1 at the start of the new region.

Mavuika in 5.3 and then 5.7, u can skip 5.3 and wait 5.7 for more pulls = Mavuika + weapon
