3. LOOSING THE GIANT

The noble pen shell is dying all over the Mediterranean due to a microscopic enemy.
But we have a new hope: new living individuals have been found!
They must be protected inside and outside of #MPAs for #fightingextinction of the largest endemic bivalve of the Mediterranean Sea, the Pinna nobilis.
