They played it pretty early in the set in Oakland a couple years ago. It caught me so off guard being so early in the set that I was fighting off tears. Song reminds me of my late father because he loved it. So I see what you mean about the emotion thing

Clearly you weren't there if you think that. This was an amazing opener. Release opened Tuesday which is way more wild, imo (also fantastic opener). The way this show is designed these slow build ups are just... perfect.
