bought a pair after this video, prefer them to big boys in material and taper, fit very well extremely comfortable, can confirm the pockets are nice i can fit a spraycan in each or all my markers and a liter of ink refill in the other the pockets are black holes.
I have two pair of the Big Boys and like them. I have always liked the baggy pants style. I picked up a pair of the Santosuosso Baggies, and I have to say I really like them. There is a different, kind of more comfortable feel when wearing them. I like how they hang. I bought the medium as I am a 32 normally, and these have a nice loose feeling and with the draw string, look mom...no belt. I really like the draw string. I have to admit, the Santosuosso's are my go to pants right now. I still wear the Big Boys. The Santosuosso's are really hard to find right now. I am trying to get a pair of the washed indigo, and they are no where to be found. Just another indicator of their popularity. I would say you would not and could not go wrong with these pants. Buy them and you'll love them.
@@ldm2622 Ya, the prob is that right now you can't find these anywhere. I have the washed black and want a pair of washed indigo. Can't find them anywhere. There are knockoffs, but just not the same look, fit, and feel. Hope more will be coming out soon. I still have the Big Boys too.
Yea I recommend em. Bought 4 sizes larger than my size and and I really enjoy how they feel. Quality is hella good. These are of course made in China and polars are made in Poland. Both are good imo.
Word, these are about to be my go to pants this winter. Yea I haven't noticed major quality differences between these and polars. Polars might have cleaner stitching, but that's pretty negligible.
@@batumibatumi6127 I dont usually cuff them, cuz they layer perfectly with nike sb dunk highs, which I usually wear. If you like to cuff, they cuff smoothly
I love the looks on these jeans and I'm thinking about buying some. Although I do not like how the drawstring creates a wrinkle alongside the waist. Do you recon you can just pull the drawstring out and use a belt instead? Great video btw helped a lot. This is the only good review of these pants on RUclips so it's good you made this, thanks.
Thanks for watching. Yea you can take the drawstring out and just use a belt. Or you can just leave it untied and use a belt, maybe the belt will hide the wrinkle you don't like.
I have a couple pairs of denim and imo the best one is Televisistar Light Blue Denim Sun Filmer and Polar Big Boy is up there and my 3rd pick would be the Santosuosso and then poetic Collective Sculptor and then Levi’s silver tab I just made a top 5 in a yt comment but yea your video was very thorough and very clear and nice editing too would love if you do a video on the televisistars tho and I love how you give a company background all the things they do then focus on subject at hand really loved it Edit: Idk why but I used the word “Love” a lot lol
Here in Australia the butter goods pants are around $50 AUS dollars cheaper than the polar big boys. Way cheaper. And plus big boys are like 200 Australian dollars anyways
Fellow Aussie here, santos jeans are $150rrp and the polar are between 2200/220rrp. Not much difference quality wise between them both, Always a good time when you can pick up santosusso from your local
hello, I am thinking to buy them in a size 34 but have a question: I wear size 32 (Very baggy jeans). is 34 size enough to be a super baggy look ? Thank you
I know you purposely avoided comparing them to the 93s, but where would you say they fall between 93s and big boys? Big boys are too big, and 93s aren't quite big enough for me. Pants hell.
Comparing these to the 93s, these are definitely baggier, especially in the thigh area. I think the leg opening is about the same. These and the Big Boys have the same thigh measurement. But with the heavier weight of the Santosuossos and the more aggressive taper, they feel less baggy to me. These are closer to the Big Boys than 93s, but less baggy for sure. On a scale where 93s = 0 and Big Boys = 10, these might be a 7ish? For reference, these comparisons are based on a tagged 28 in the 93s, tagged 28 in these, and tagged XS in big boys
@@ldm2622 Thank you for the detailed response. My beef with the big boys was almost completely losing my shoe to the lack of taper. I went with the 34 on the Santosuossos because the measurements are similar enough to between a M and L surf pant for me. I appreciate the info.
I would like to buy santasuossos but I dont know my size... I have S size bigboys and they are perfect size to me, so can u help me what size santasuossos would fit me? 🙏
Honestly I brought like 10 pairs of polars n then tried some Butter goods and , they’re hella better, they have a good baggy fit for casual wear and skating
I’m a waist 27 but I want a baggy size so i was thinking of getting size 30 or 32. I have big boys size S and they are rly baggy for me so I want pants that are less baggy then the size S big boys but are still baggy if that makes sense. would you recommend size 30 or 32 of these butter pants
I appreciate how thoroughly you review and describe the pants 🙏🏼 a lot of video reviews people do are pretty vague so this good change of pace lol
Appreciate it, thanks for watching

That's dope, glad you like them. I might double up on the washed black pair. The new ones with the green contrast stitching is too clean.

hello,
I am thinking to buy them in a size 34 but have a question:
I wear size 32 (Very baggy jeans). is 34 size enough to be a super baggy look ?
Thank you
Yea a size 34 should be pretty baggy since the true waist size on that should be a ~36. If you're a true 32, you'll be sizing up 4.
Santosuossoa are closer to the 93's I think in terms of baggyness
what do i have to search to get the washed black ones
i only find the blue ones
good video btw

how would size 36 compare to medium polar big boys?

Does anyone know alternatives of this color, I'm to poor for this one

Bruh you must be rich
does anyone know the inseam for the 36-38?
im a 28 waist would a 30 waist be good to buy if i want a pretty or very baggy look?
Yea that should be good for a very baggy look. I prolly wouldnt go any bigger than a 30, might look too sloppy.
what wallabees are those
What’s the intro music?
liked for the shoplifting review
so would it be okay to say that a 32 waist in these would be more like 34ish?
Yea I’d say so. I think their sizing chart had the true waist a fraction smaller than a 34.
Appreciate it !🎉
What kind of hats are those in the background?
The navy one is a Seattle mariners hat and the khaki one is a Chicago white sox hat. Both are by '47 brand.
what are the pants shown in the first clip skating
Looks like some Carhartt double knees
is the 32 waist actually a 32 or does it run like a 34

you went over every stitch and button on pant, but completely skipped the washing directions.
I would just wash them like any other jeans. If you don't want shrinkage, use cold water and hang dry them.
