Personally I like the handheld ones like the sybon. You can take two different electronic hydrometers and they will both give you different readings I don't care who makes them too much to go wrong with electronic hydrometers yeah they're pretty accurate but I still feel the handheld ones are better less things to go wrong I have the sybon and the Milwaukee I usually will stick with one and then occasionally check the accuracy of it with another one with the handheld ones there's less things to go wrong they are all fairly accurate I like to just use one and stick with it if you are off a half a point it's really not a big deal by the way Milwaukee recommends to use distilled water only!!!!!!! for calibration from the directions

Great insight. I do have two sybons (you can see them in my other refractometer videos) and they are not super consistent between themselves
