Isaiah 11 is a prophecy , and like all prophecy it has a DUAL application and fulfilment . Jesus fulfilled the first part of it as He says in Luke 4:21 where He quotes Isaiah 61 . But the fulfilment of the prophecy in Isaiah 11 is NOT about Jesus. Also......we are told specifically what the "Seven Spirits" are in Revelation..... no need for us to guess and speculate . " And I saw standing in the middle of the throne and the four living creatures and the four elders, a LAMB as if it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the Seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth " ( Revelation 5:6 ) "Seven Spirits" = "seven eyes".......the same "seven eyes" on one "stone" in Zechariah 3:9 . This one "stone" is the coming "Branch" and also the "stone that the builders rejected" ..... who will " remove the sin of this land in one day " ......and again, it is NOT Jesus . " In THAT DAY ( the Day of the Lord ) says the LORD of Hosts, every one of you will invite his neighbor under his vine and fig tree " ( Zechariah 3:10 )

"God's vengeance" as He says is to "comfort those who MOURN " because they , like He, "love justice and hate robbery and iniquity " Those that "mourn" know who they are , and they will be "marked" (sealed).......Ezekiel 9:4 . The "wicked" will also be "marked" (sealed).......Rev. 13:16......and will no longer be here when it's all said and done .

But God sees humanity as a whole when it comes to this, not just as it applies to us as individuals . Our "cup" is "full"........." The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah are exceedingly great . "The land is full of bloodshed, and the city is full of perversity. For they say, " The Lord has forsaken the land, the Lord does not see us " . But as for Me, I will not look on them with pity, nor will I spare them . I will bring their deeds down upon their own heads." ( Ezekiel 9: 9-10 )
