US should move in an old Carrier no longer in use and anchor it there for the Philippine Military to use as a platform. Then maybe 3 Helicopters and serve as a small base of action. Then detour actions against our country protecting the people and sovereignty of the Philippine sea.
The US won't militarize the sea. The Philippines should build up the island into a military base like how China does it.

Purpose of the exercise is to train the AFP in external defense,all the AFP been fighting are internal battles,the Philippine Navy is now capable of becoming a blue water navy,out of the brown water capability.This is the first year that the Philippine Navy is finally in the missile era the "BongoGago Frigates"are the first to do so.The ballistic missiles for coastal defense is just a preview of how the Philippine Marines should use their own Brahmos Supersonic Missiles in coastal defense.I'm hoping the PAF will use the Spyder mini iron dome to see how much that MR type can do against drones and small planes,I guess for now its just for parades.Now that PA has the Sabrah tanks hopefully next year they will get to use it for some real battlefield maneuvering.

I hope one day the Philippines will join again in the USA because after we did Independent in 1946 our currency was $1=1php. The problem now a days is the Corruption of Filipino Politicians they become billionaire after the Independent of the Philippines while 80% of Filipino become poor we don't have free medication and we have small salary per day $10 and very small pention when we get our retirement age.
The Independent of the Philippines is for the corrupt politicians only they use poor Filipinos to remove Americans in our Country. It is a totally big mistake to have an Independent from the USA especially for ordinary Filipinos Now our currency is $1 to 56 php.
Most poor Filipinos try our best to have a better and productive life most of us work in other countries abroad to have better salaries and some of us become successful but the problem is when we come back again in the Philippines we don't have jobs because we are getting old abroad.
Some poor Filipinos work in the Philippines until they get old for $150 to $300 per month , Sad but true .
FIL-AM they sent $300,000,000 every year plus $100,000 ,000 business of Philippines and USA is almost 30% of our GDP.

Our problem is after the Balikatan exercises, the foreign participants leaves the WPS the only left is the PN and PCG which is the best opportunity for China to invade not only WPS but the whole Philippine Islands.
