I have been having pains in my right shin for a several weeks now. this seems to relief most of the pain! I will keep doing this daily and hope the pain will go away. Thank you so much!

This is great; I thought I had seen all the leg stretches by now, but this was new to me❤. Excellent, thanks.

That's crazy, tried it on my left shin and didn't even seem to notice the stretch but on my right side it's next level tight.
Got alot if work to do in it and always been overly right side orientated.
    Thanks

I took up running and even though I stretch and warm up, I have to stop running at a random lamppost or a wall to try and stretch my shins. I tried stretching before I run, but couldn’t quite get it.
    Thanks, this was so helpful!

Happy to help! For shin stretches, try dynamic stretches before running and static ones after to prevent discomfort. If you're still facing issues, a physiotherapist can offer personalized advice. Keep at it, and enjoy your runs! 😊

This is very sore on my toes and feet.
Because of that I didn't push it far. Would that be because of tightness or an injury? My foot and ankle Region felt a bit more free afterwards as if there was more room and movement.
I can feel it in my feet and toes for a few days later like they're still tender. I've waited till that feeling has subsided. Would you recommend to do it more often?
