Why do they jump around like this game is crackdown 3. Why does everyone have guns do you have to have guns all the time. Or can it be melee only.

On higher Mastery Guns are pretty useless but yes guns are important for the set effects that make your other skills/grenades pop off. Melee only is pretty bad cos melee sucks in this game and yes you have to keep jumping around or you're dead lol
