Building a Sustainable and Inclusive Future: The Power of Social Innovation Education

The International Conference will bring together international and local providers of formal and non-formal education, special educators, volunteers, educational experts, relevant policy and decision-makers with the aim of exchanging valuable knowledge and practices and creating local and international collaborations between them. The ultimate goal is to empower people with Additional Educational Needs to become agents of change in their communities and promote their participation and inclusion in society. The Conference is held within the framework of the European project SIE4P.Inc. It is held under the auspices of the Citizen Commissioner and the Cyprus Diversity Charter is the official supporter.
Το Διεθνές Συνέδριο θα συγκεντρώσει διεθνείς και τοπικούς παρόχους τυπικής και μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης, ειδικούς παιδαγωγούς, εθελοντές, εκπαιδευτικούς εμπειρογνώμονες, αρμόδιους φορείς λήψης πολιτικών και αποφάσεων με στόχο την ανταλλαγή πολύτιμων γνώσεων και πρακτικών και την δημιουργία τοπικών και διεθνών συνεργασιών μεταξύ τους. Απώτερος στόχος είναι η ενδυνάμωση ατόμων με Πρόσθετες Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες να γίνουν φορείς αλλαγής στις κοινότητές τους και να προωθήσουν τη συμμετοχή και την ένταξή τους στα κοινά. Το Συνέδριο πραγματοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Ευρωπαϊκού έργου SIE4P.Inc. Τελεί υπό την αιγίδα του Γραφείου Επιτρόπου του Πόλιτη και η Χάρτα Διαφορετικότητας Κύπρου είναι ο επίσημος υποστηρικτής.
