@17:14 is it fine to tell that this is para spinal lymph nodes by this xray appearance only? Could this be para spinal masses like in psoas abscess?

6:45 isn’t the oblique fissure between mid and lower lobes?

Oblique fissure in the right is between the upper lobe and middle lobe of the lung.
The horizontal fissure separates the middle lobe from the lower lobe on the right lung.

Superior part of right oblique fissure separates the right upper lobe from lower lobe. Inferior part of right oblique fissure separates right middle lobe from lower lobe.
