Bitter guard is one of my favorite vegetables especially the fried one and in rusep lun but whenever I try cooking it ...it never turns out as expected as I am not a good cook...will surely try this recipe...thank you ♥️ love all your recipes

We first mix the karela with some haldi and salt and keep it for 15-20 mins to remove the excess bitterness ...can try that way to for those who donot like it very bitter

Frying is always better to do in medium flame so it will cook properly. ☺️

I think your oil was not ready plus you need not put do much oil in the pan as cooked oil goes bad
that product doesn't Last.. looking good but material is not good at all...
