ever notice that the man cutting paper with the paper cutter never looks at what he is doing in all these commercials and almost chops his fingers off lol
I didn't remember seeing this one on TV. Thank you for posting it here. These are now classic feel-good commercials. I love watching them! The "making of" video is really the best one though.
ever notice that the man cutting paper with the cuter paper never looks at what he is doing in all these commercials and almost chops his fingers off lol
Kinda surprised nobody seems to have got the very obvious reference to The Who's Quadrophenia, with all the different mirrors on his cart. If you do an image search for "quadrophenia" you'll get it.
I worked at office max Corp when we came up these. We wanted to do more, however Eddie was in the Sunami that hit Indonesia and needed time off to heal. With an ad campaign a year to 6 months off is too long us to wait for an actor, thus he was let go. However, it really turned out for the best for him. We wouldn't have seen him on a sitcom.
oh shit, I used to fuck with these commercials so hard. Now i remember why the Crab Man always looked familiar. AND that was totally Stanley from The Office

After seeing Stanley from the Office in this commerical I can't help but wonder how awesome the rubberband man would of been at Dunder Mifflin :D

I cried during this. I can't believe he lost his ball. But thank God he found it.
its almost like the colored rubberband ball was the source of his cool catitude! :D
