I think he does have some decent tools. But the circle electric thingy. (I play more X than 11 so i forget the name of it 🤣🤷♂️). His best special that gives him damage, does have a massive flaw, as even though its like -3 on block or some shit like that. The last hit can be neutral ducked and punished big time. I know, it happens to me because my old ass is bad at hit confirming now 😭🤣👊
