Most manufacturers have gone 18v with a bigger motor, Makita have gone 36v smaller motor...the batteries are the same just wired for either 18v 8ah or 36v(40v max) 4ah...nice vid :) I think ill stay with Makita :)
Thank you sir for the review. Used a Milwaukee when I was in the carpenter union. Felt okay easy to use, had plenty of power. I looked into Makita or Hilti I am a finish carpenter need to be able to make straight cuts. Can you find a fellow carpenter to test Makita vs Hilti? A video from Australia on he was switching to Makita from Milwaukee I as well. He stated Milwaukee is more for plumbers and electricians. I agree all I see or DeWalt (yellow black and Decker.)
To all MANSPLAINERS on you tube: Its not about the individual tool… its about the entire platform, the. Battery platform. No one in their right mind is going to buy a Makita x tool, or a Milwaukee Y tool or a Dewalt z tool because they have one little tiny gadget different that the others don’t. Does the saw cut? Thats the question. Why cant we see a complete tool line up comparison for once! Argh!
I went from AEG Ridgid here and a junkie none cutting saw to Milwaukee rear an impressive upgrade to an even better rear handle Saw FLEX. This saw is so fast and powerful it's the Last rear handle i will own because it is the beat.
1- the fact that we all dont simply have the same math at this point is beyond ridiculous to me... Im american and even i have 10 fingers and 10 toes. We learn to count to 10 at first, then at some point they throw us a loop and make us read a tape measure😂 2 - i dig the table. Been wanting to build out a few 2' x 4' tables to replace my big one...
True about maths mate. I see apprentices getting their phones out a lot for even simple math. The table is based on a Ron Paulk design that I reduced in size to suite me.
@Mueller_projects oh yeah. Mine too. The thing is really bulky anymore. Honeymoon phase was over for me probably 2 years ago... yours is very Scott brownish. I'll probably go for it in spring(northern hemisphere). Have a good night. Or morning. Whatever it is...
The RS001G is the best rear handed saw ever. I will never ever buy something else. This thing is legendary

Solid review, awesome.... Sketchy left hand placement buddy. :-)
Thanks! Yeah, I was trying to get the best angle to show the saw, but could've done it better.
MILWAUKEE M18 fuel GEN 3 REAR HANDLE SAW COMING out JANUARY 2025 6300 RPMs will be getting it and it should run great with my 12 AMP FORGE BATTERY
That's good to know

I found the Makita 40v had heaps of power. Both were similar, but I personally felt the 40v had more power. Hilti doesn’t have a rear yet in NZ.
Thanks for your expertise sir.
Not sure if the milwaukee can but you can run a 190mm blade on makita

No comorare Makita por las 2 baterías. Mejor compré Milwaukee y estoy contento con su desempeño

Thanks for the comment. Some of the flex gear looks impressive, we can’t get it here in NZ yet.

Seems very biased
Wasn’t ment to be. Tried to show the difference between the 2 saws
