Madam, I have OBC certificate prior to 2019 and in notification it is required to be issued during april 2019 to 2020 march, I cleared tier 1 in OBC category ( scored 80marks) OBC cut off 75 GEN cut off 82.5 So during DV what issues I will face please guide
