    Sir, I like you leactures very much! But in your last lecture on the topic- "CFSE of octahedral complexes" you stated that in case of WFL Hund's rule is strictly followed as pairing energy is more than energy gap. So electrons will rather prefer to jump to the higher energy orbital without undergoing pairing till there's vacancy.
    But in this lecture, you kept on repeating that in case of WFL in octahedral complexes, hund's rule is NOT followed, which contradicts your previous lecture!
    Sir, it's my humble request, please do not contradict your own statement as it becomes very confusing to the students like me.
    If possible, please make a correction so that I can rest my doubt. Thank you Sir! I love your lectures. It has helped me a lot!

    Sir in case of octahedral complex there is strong field ligand and weak field ligand in weak field ligand hunds rule are follow and strong field ligand doesn't follow hunds rule but you write here weak field ligand doesn't follow hunds rule
