To me no one should eat a whole chicken all at once. The only thing anyone need on that plate that's good for them is the vegetables. One leg of chicken; 3/4 plate vegetables and 2 spoon of rice is enough for one meal.. If you are starving then I hope you will find a good hot meal somewhere if you can afford to.. If you can't I hope someone near you will reach out to you..God bless..
