Ma'am apne to confused kar diya starting me to aapne bola ki bill of exchange make karega ajay aur karna se bolega ki le bhai karan is par signature kar de.....
Fir last me aapne bolaa ki banayega ajay aur signed bhi ajay karega...

A bill of exchange is generally drawn by the creditor (jisko piase lene hai) upon his debtor. It has to be accepted by the drawee (debtor) (jisko paise dene hai).
