I dig this tune; I actually like to play it. The vocals confuse me, tho. It does sound like Richard in the verse lead, doesn't it? (though it's credited to Dave). By the way, does anyone know what Waters doesn't like about it?
The verses sound very much like young David. A bit softer than usual, but he did do that in some songs.
I took "notable failure" to mean it didn't have commercial success.
