Much, much too flat for Hagerstown, Maryland. Hagerstown is in the Allegheny Mountains. Tank Car woud either be going East to Baltimore, or Washington, DC...or west to Cumberland and Pittsburgh. Both ways, there would be grades uphill amd down.
The runaway tank car has returned. Really burnt and now on the run again. The Brakes were disabled by someone and now the tank car bound for scrap is on the loose again. Fleeing out of CSX yard in Hagerstown Maryland and is now on the mainline.
Why were they on the track in the first place, and why didn't they hear it coming? You can't tell me they couldn't hear the clickety clack sounds of the tank car approaching!
