I am Loving you for recreating this! I used to work at Arby's when I was 17 back in the late 80's. PRO TIP...they butter the buns and run them through a little toaster oven. I have always wished we could just buy their Arby's beef so we could do these at home, but now you have shown me the way! Thanks girl! Keep copycatin! 🤟😋

Thanks especially for the fiesta potatoes recipe I have never gotten to try them at Taco Bell just because people always forget to order those. And also thanks for the heating tip on the roast beef for the Arby's. I think the broth would make a big difference
Looks so good. After spending $60 at Wingstop I’ve started making it at home and it’s pretty close. That pound cake is my favorite I have to try it.

I love copycat recipes. I make copycat arbys ham n cheddar sliders. Arby's actually got rid of those off their menu but I make them here at the house with the arbys fries..super simple! And cheaper for our family of 4.

Arby's beef & cheddar is one of my all time favorites! I do the same, I request a sesame seed bun. Personally, I feel the onion roll distracts from the magical yet simple flavor combination of the roast beef, Arby's sauce, and cheddar.
I must say, those quesadillas looked 100×s better than the ones from Taco Bell!

I have to agree those copycat Arby's sandwiches are legit. Same goes for the sesame seed buns. I'd make them once a week if I could bc it's much cheaper than going to Arby's.

Just use Catalina dressing as a substitute for Arby's Sauce. Not perfect but it's pretty close.
My mom copycatted the recipe for a dish that Pizza Hut made in the 70's. Cavatini is awesome.
Never been to Starbucks bur I love lemon desserts so I might try that. Be careful with lemon or orange extract. If you use too much it has a very chemical taste.

I’ve been looking up recipes for the shells for the Gordita’s! They have the Taco Bell sauce at Walmart. They have the one I used and two other ones. 😍

I don't know how to buy the cheese sauce for the quesadillas. Is that the Velveeta sauce? I don't know how to buy it either. Finally someone on a cooking channel who knows quesadillas are folded in half. Most you tube folks are stacking stuff up like, well I don't know what. I've never seen Mexican food stacked up like that come to think of it.
There isn’t any cheese sauce on the quesadillas just the Taco Bell sauce and shredded cheese. Both at Walmart. The Taco Bell sauce is in with the salsa, Mexican section and the velveeta cheese sauce like on the beef and cheddars is in with the regular block velveeta ❤️ it’s right beside it.

I did food prep at Arby's for 6 years
The roast beef has big chunks of ground beef in it too it looks like meat hats been pulverized then compressd into these 7 to 8 pound bricks of hot mess they have America fooked into thinking its real roast beef.
No real roast beef comes from grandmas kitchen or the deli at Walmart acme ShopRite or Kroger and definitely doesn't taste like what Arby's sells as roast beef
