My home(Toll Brothers ) in Howard county on 1.2 acres with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, finished basement, 5 car garage didn’t cost nearly this much almost 1mil less.
Wow. What I like most is that the his and her closest are located on either side, before you enter the en-suite. The master bedroom itself is beautiful with the wet bar. And plenty of space. And yes, I see my theater 🎭 room on the terrace level. ❤
It has to do with the fact that Montgomery County is just north of the nations capital that the asking price of the home is so high. It’s no secret that 2.7 million dollars elsewhere could get you something with a more dramatic layout stylized differently different amenities etcetera so although very high asking price for what’s it’s worth it is a beautiful home the only thing that came to mind was that the floors could be stained darker perhaps that’s the only thing that stood out to me
